05/01/2008 5:00am - 5:30am Water bottle and towel ARE required; Classes are targeted to all fitness levels, are non-impact, and great for cross training. *If this class is new to you, we recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your class so your instructor may help set your adjustments. Cycle: Your endurance builds, your heart grows stronger, and you burn lots of calories - all while you're listening to great music and having fun! Each class is a ride that may include hills, intervals, sprints and recovery periods. An instructor leads you on your ride but you make your ride as challenging as you would like by adjusting your tension control Cycle Basics has a short intro for new cyclist 10 minutes prior to class. 05/01/2008 5:30am - 6:30am No frills, no fuss, straight-up strength with barbells, weight plates and a bench. Throw in some abs and you’ve got an AWESOME power-packed class!
05/01/2008 8:00am - 9:00am H20 Circuit/Basic H20 Circuit: A well-rounded and fun water workout that includes cardio-vascular conditioning and muscle strengthening using various equipment and water resistance. The "basic" version of this class is a shorter and/or less intense workout with all the same. 05/01/2008 9:15am - 10:15am A mind and body experience in the water healing, regenerating, relaxing, restoring.

Increase strength and definition in the abs, back, and glutes. 05/01/2008 11:00am - 12:00pm A unique martial art that promotes healing, range of motion, relaxation/stress-relief and strength. 05/01/2008 11:15am - 12:15pm Muscular Strength & Range of Movement: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.
