This is a
cardio/strength combination class with easy to follow upper body strength
exercises & low impact cardio. 07/07/2008 8:00am - 9:00am Low
impact activity provides mid to high cardio training utilizing water resistance
for a total body workout.
07/07/2008 8:30am - 9:00am This is a cardio/strength combination class with
easy to follow lower body strength exercises & low impact cardio.
07/07/2008 9:15am - 10:15am A person practicing tai chi moves their body in a slow, relaxed, and graceful series of movements. The movements make up what are called forms (or routines). In addition to movement, two other important elements in tai chi are breathing and meditation.
07/07/2008 10:00am - 10:45am Intensity and fun all in one class? This is it! Drills, games, strength, and WORK are what you will get in this challenging class!
07/07/2008 10:15am - 11:15am 07/07/2008 10:30am - 11:30am Basic body
muscular conditioning using resistance
balls, rubber resistance, benches, dumbbells, and body bars.
07/07/2008 11:00am - 11:45am
A Class led
by an instructor who will guide you through a series of simulated bike courses.
*If this class is new to you, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your
class so your instructor may set your adjustments and help you ride safely. 07/07/2008 11:15am - 12:15pm Enjoy a fun muscular strength or cardio circuit
class using a variety of equipment in our community room. Level I—lower intensity, level II—work a
little harder, not for beginners.
07/07/2008 5:30pm - 6:15pm The 45-minute class that brings out your personal best workout, no matter what level you desire. It's like having your own personal coach with the fun of a group setting! No experience needed. (ages 10-13)
07/07/2008 6:15pm - 7:15pm Practice basic yoga postures and relaxation
techniques to improve flexibility, balance and increase strength.
