10/14/2008 5:00am - 5:30am If you can sit on a bike and pedal then go for this class. Beginners and advanced participants can benefit in the same class. Burn up to 500 calories in just 40-minutes. *If this class is new to you, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your class so your instructor may set your adjustments and help you ride safely.
10/14/2008 5:30am - 6:30am No frills, no fuss, straight-up strength with barbells, weight plates and a bench, a power-packed class!
10/14/2008 8:00am - 9:00am A well-rounded and fun water workout that includes cardio-vascular conditioning and muscle strengthening using various equipment and water resistance. The "basic" version of this class is a shorter and/or less intense workout with all the same.
10/14/2008 8:30am - 9:30am Total body muscular conditioning using resistance balls, rubber resistance, benches, dumbbells, and body bars.

Students will expand their practice and grow in strength, flexibility, and balance.

10/14/2008 11:00am - 12:00pm A person practicing tai chi moves their body in a slow, relaxed, and graceful series of movements. The movements make up what are called forms (or routines). In addition to movement, two other important elements in tai chi are breathing and meditation.
10/14/2008 11:15am - 12:15pm Muscular Strength & Range of Movement: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
10/14/2008 12:00pm - 1:00pm A fitness based class using a variety of simple moves to strengthen the back, glutes, thighs and abs. Ages 11+
10/14/2008 12:15pm - 1:15pm YogaStretch: Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. 10/14/2008 4:15pm - 4:45pm Get into the program by jumping rope, playing catch, or racing a friend. The more you keep at it, the more fun you'll have.

Each class is a ride that may include hills, intervals, sprints and recovery periods. An instructor leads you on your ride but you make your ride as challenging as you would like by adjusting your tension control Cycle Basics has a short intro for new cyclist 10 minutes prior to class.
