05/02/2008 5:30am - 6:30am If you can sit on a bike and pedal then go for this class. Beginners and advanced participants can benefit in the same class. Burn up to 500 calories in just 40-minutes. *If this class is new to you, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your class so your instructor may set your adjustments and help you ride safely.
