Water bottle and towel ARE required; Classes are targeted to all fitness levels, are non-impact, and great for cross training. *If this class is new to you, we recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your class so your instructor may help set your adjustments.
Cycle: Your endurance builds, your heart grows stronger, and you burn lots of calories - all while you're listening to great music and having fun! Each class is a ride that may include hills, intervals, sprints and recovery periods.
