Cycle Basics

Your endurance builds, your heart grows stronger, and you burn lots of calories - all while you're listening to great music and having fun! Each class is a ride that may include hills, intervals, sprints and recovery periods. An instructor leads you on your ride but you make your ride as challenging as you would like by adjusting your tension control Cycle Basics has a short intro for new cyclist 10 minutes prior to class.
