Corporate America On the Move Week is aimed at motivating employees to take small steps towards a healthier lifestyle. As part of that initiative, YMCA of Middle Tennessee centers are deepening their commitment to community-wide efforts to promote healthy living and intensify collaboration with community partners to support employees seeking healthier lifestyles.

Teen Center
The Teen Center is for ages 12-17 and open Monday-Thursday, 6-9pm. This is a place in which youths may hang out with friends, have fun and improve wellness. We offer numerous classes as well as monthly Teen Nights, movie nights, Red Cross Babysitter Training and much more. Come by and see all we offer!Youths do not have to be accompanied by a parent and are free to come and go.
