Aerobic & Conditioning Classes
Aerobics and conditioning classes are FREE and available to facility members only ages 14 and up. Monthly class schedules are available online or at the member service desk. If you are new to a class, please let the instructor know before the class starts.
Aero-box
A high energy class using boxing and self-defense techniques complete with kicks and punches!
Double Step
Step using two platforms. A really fun and well-taught class. Fast paced.
Indoor Cycling
Sign up at the front desk 24 hours in advance. Bring water! Everyone is welcome. YOU CAN DO THIS CLASS!
Low Impact/Step
Classes recommended for beginning and returning exercisers.
Pilates Method Mat Class
The much awaited, much talked about
Pilates class. This class will strengthen, lengthen, and stretch your
trunk muscles. Don't miss it. Required for all Nashville Ballet
Students.
Power Walk
5-6 1/2 mile walk for intermediate/ advanced walking level. Class meets in front lobby and starts on time.
Powerlift
Barbell class improving muscular strength and
endurance, burns more calories, lose inches and increase lean muscle.
First come first serve. 20 pieces.
Resistance Training
Sculpting with weights, and rubberized tubing and our new resist-a-balls.
Yoga
Stretches all muscle groups for improved flexibility and muscle tone. Great for relaxation and stress relief.
Youth Fitness
Youth learn how to live a healthy lifestyle, use equipment and have fun with a group of other kids -- FUN!
$40 per month. Class is offered Saturdays, 10–11:15am.
Join us Wednesdays from 6:30-8pm for a new women's bible study based on Katie Brazleton's book Pathways to Purpose for Women (available in LifeWay stores). Meet us in the Leadership Hall. Study will last for eight weeks. Please contact
