H2O Circuit                                       A well-rounded and fun water workout that includes cardiovascular conditioning and muscle strengthening using various equipment and water resistance.

Ultimate Circuit                 

 A total body workout with concentration on core stability. This class combines power yoga, pilates, and stability ball.Using your own body weight for resistance you will improve your balance, flexibility and strength.

Basic Cycle                                             An intro level class designed to help you learn the bike and learn the format in a less-intensive environment. New students should arrive early for proper bike set-up and instruction.

SilverSneakers® SilverSplash®       

Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety! SilverSplash® offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers® kickboard is used to develop strength, balance, and coordination.

SilverSneakers® YogaStretch                                 YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.

Sculpt                                      Basic body muscular conditioning using resistance balls, resistance bands, benches, dumbbells, and body bars.

SilverSneakers®               Muscular Strength  

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball.
