Group Fitness & Aerobic Classes
We are proud of our reputation for quality instruction and variety in our class options. Group fitness classes include step aerobics, cardio kick-boxing, muscle conditioning, yoga and, don't forget about water aerobics in the Aquatics Center! Classes are held for beginners through advanced participants and are FREE to "Y" members. Class schedules are available online and at the member service desk. If you are a first-time participant, please let the instructor know before class starts.

Indoor Cycling Classes
Indoor cycling is a great new cardiovascular workout. These classes are done in a group setting. Your instructor will guide you on an exciting ride with varying workloads to simulate climbing hills and riding across flat terrain. Indoor cycling is great interval training to work both your aerobic and anaerobic systems. Come and join us for the ride of your life!

You must sign up for these classes. Members may sign up no earlier and no later than the day before the scheduled class. All sign ups are done through the courtesy counter.

Water Aerobics
All the benefits of aerobic exercise with less stress on your joints. Water aerobics is a great program for beginners and also provides a therapeutic environment for recovery, prenatal and postnatal exercise, sports-related injuries, cross-training for regular exercisers, high intensity workout without joint stress or just a relaxing stretch class. Water can be many things to everyone! It is the ultimate workout!

Aqua Motion Classes
This class is designed for individuals who need to exercise at a slower pace than our regular water aerobics classes. The primary focus is to improve range of motion, and build endurance through light cardiovascular activity. This class is perfect for those with arthritis.
