ABC—After Breast Cancer ProgramWhat a unique and special program for the breast cancer survivor! Funded through grants from the Tennessee Breast Cancer Coalition, the Susan G. Komen Foundation and various other sources, this program provides women who have completed breast cancer treatment with specialized staff who will design a personal exercise program for them. The program includes special personal and group training opportunities, group exercise classes, and information and support to help the survivor build strength, flexibility and emotional well-being following breast cancer. Participants will also enjoy the peer support that's available by knowing other women who have been through similar circumstances. Enroll at any time. Restore Ministries is a holistic recovery program designed to bring healing in spirit, mind and body to individuals struggling with life-controlling issues. The "Restore" program is a six-month, structured recovery program consisting of:
Power to Choose, a Christ-centered 12-Step program that helps individuals access God's power to make life-changing decisions over life-controlling problems. You will work the 12-steps in small, private groups that provide support, relationships and accountability to bring a breakthrough in your life.
