05/13/2008 6:00am - 6:45am Anyone can cycle! A short 45-50 minutes makes it a very efficient cardio class. Great for beginners. Make sure to let the instructor know that you are new to cycling.
05/13/2008 8:30am - 9:30am A beginner to advanced weightlifting class for muscular strength and endurance.
05/13/2008 9:35am - 10:35am This class is a combination of cardio and strength. All major muscles will be worked with bursts of cardio in between.
05/13/2008 10:40am - 11:25am Have fun and move the body through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity of daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and /or standing support.
05/13/2008 11:30am - 12:00pm Experience a 30 minute workout using only your body weight. Feel the effects of gravity tightening and toning your muscles without even lifting a dumbbell.
05/13/2008 4:30pm - 5:30pm 05/13/2008 6:30pm - 8:00pm Mind-Body-Spirit Yoga will help you to experience the joy, stress-relief, and power of yoga while gaining confidence in your body’s strength, balance and flexibility. This class is open to beginning, intermediate and advanced students.
