06/11/2008 9:15am Basic body muscular conditioning using resistance balls, rubber resistance, benches, dumbbells, and body bars (equipment varies by center).
06/11/2008 10:15am - 11:30am Movement-focused yoga, intermediate to advanced pose-work, though all levels are welcome. Students will expand their practice and grow in strength, flexibility and balance.
06/11/2008 11:35am - 12:35pm Learn mixed-intensity kick and punch combinations peppered with jump ropes, drill-work, and abs, and heavy bags, depending on center.

06/11/2008 5:30pm Enjoy an outdoor activity inside! Beginners and advanced participants
can benefit in the same class. Burn up to 500 calories in just 40
minutes! New students should arrive early for proper bike set-up and
instruction.
