06/03/2008 8:30am Basic body muscular conditioning using resistance balls, rubber resistance, benches, dumbbells, and body bars (equipment varies by center).
06/03/2008 9:35am - 10:35am Intensity and fun all in one class? Drills, games, variable equipment (depending on center), and strength are the core of this challenging class.
06/03/2008 10:40am - 11:25am Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
