05/09/2008 8:30am - 9:50am This class is a combination class of cardio and strength building. You will work every muscle in the body. Burn 500-800 calories a class!
05/09/2008 10:00am - 11:30am This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures…a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs.
05/09/2008 11:00am - 11:30am This class is designed for Active Older Adults to increase neuromuscular function and day-to-day functional activities. It includes core strengthening, balance and reactive training, and work on the BOSU and stability discs. Meet in the Rocks and Ropes room.
05/09/2008 11:35am - 12:25pm Anyone can cycle! A short 45-50 minutes makes it a very efficient cardio class. Great for beginners. Make sure to let the instructor know that you are new to cycling.
05/09/2008 1:00pm - 2:00pm This is a beautiful, therapeutic ancient Chinese martial art. It promotes Qi (Chi) and blood circulation in the body to achieve ultimate state of body, mind and spirit harmony. It is empowering, graceful and healing.
