3N1 Program
The 3N1 program is a unique program specifically designed to help members who are just starting a fitness routine. It is a personalized wellness program designed to put you on the best flight path toward achieving your health and fitness goals. Participants commit to exercising at least three days a week while meeting regularly with a YMCA wellness coach to track their progress, learn new exercises and receive additional guidance and support.

Sports Injury Assessment Clinic
Do you have aches and pains while exercising and aren't sure whether to call a physician? Schedule a free screening with a licensed Baptist Hospital physical therapist to evaluate the injury. Screenings are held on the first and third Wednesdays of every month from 11am-Noon. You can sign up at the Welcome Center or by calling (615) 254-0631.
Racquetball & Handball
King of the Hill Handball is played every Wednesday beginning at 5pm.
King of the Hill Racquetball is played every Thursday beginning at 6pm.

The Downtown YMCA hosts four major racquetball tournaments each year. The Tennessee State Singles/Doubles tournament is held each February. The Slamrock Shootout LPRA tournament is in March with the top Women's Professional players. The 1st Annual Nashville Racquetball Championships will be held in August and the Music City Open scheduled for late October. Each of these events are open to all players at all skill levels.
Year-round racquetball leagues are available for all skill levels. The leagues are flex leagues and conclude with a double-elimination tournament.
Pro Shop
The Ultimate Racquetball Pro Shop is located inside the Downtown YMCA and offers full service restringing and regripping service for all racquetball, squash and tennis racquets. Ultimate Racquetball also offers all major brands of racquetball equipment including racquets, shoes, gloves, grips, racquetballs and strings.
