07/08/2008 5:45am - 6:45am Enjoy an outdoor activity inside! Beginners and advanced participants can benefit in the same class. Burn up to 500 calories in just 40 minutes! New students should arrive early for proper bike set-up and instruction.
07/08/2008 6:00am - 6:30am This 30 minute Step class is a great way to get your heart pumping and your day started!
07/08/2008 6:30am - 7:00am Strengthen and tone your entire body using barbells with weight plates, bands and dumbbells.
07/08/2008 7:00am - 7:15am A 15 minute class designed to whittle your middle. Increase strength and definition in the abs, back, and glutes, otherwise known as your CORE.
07/08/2008 7:15am - 7:30am Give yourself a few minutes to stretch. A wonderful way to relax your mind and body.
07/08/2008 10:00am - 10:45am Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seating and/or standing support.
07/08/2008 11:15am - 12:00pm This workout is for all who love or want to love step! Enjoy mixed-impact choreography, broken down in a learnable format.
07/08/2008 11:15am - 12:15pm 07/08/2008 11:30am - 12:30pm 07/08/2008 12:15pm - 1:15pm Walk taller! Feel longer, leaner and stronger! Grab a mat and practice basic pilates exercises based on on the methods of J.H. Pilate. Designed to promote core postural strength, as well as flexibility. No equipment is used in this class.
07/08/2008 12:15pm - 1:15pm 07/08/2008 4:45pm - 5:30pm A mat-based class designed to strengthen and stretch the core muscles (abs, back, glutes, and thighs) with a focus on breath-work as well.
07/08/2008 5:45pm - 6:45pm A total cardio workout! Have fun with all the equipment in the closet and a variety of drills (sports, agility, running, jumping, mixed-impact) to get your heart and lungs stronger and healthier. Oh, and can you say, "calorie burn?"

07/08/2008 6:00pm - 7:00pm Low impact activity provides mid to high cardio training utilizing water resistance for a total body workout. Our basic version is a shorter and less intense workout with the same focus.
07/08/2008 6:00pm - 7:15pm 07/08/2008 7:00pm - 8:00pm Middle eastern movement and rhythms help you burn calories and tone abs. Veil work may also be done in this class.
