06/16/2008 7:00am - 8:00am Practice basic yoga postures and relaxation techniques to improve flexibility, increase strength, and relieve stress!
06/16/2008 9:15am - 10:30am The advanced choreography of this class will have you stepping all around your bench to great music! You will have so much fun you will forget you are getting a workout!
06/16/2008 10:00am - 11:15am The more advanced and flowing postures of this class help to improve muscular strength and flexibility. This class will leave you quietly energized and feeling more balanced.
06/16/2008 11:20am - 12:05pm Basic body muscular conditioning using resistance balls, rubber resistance, benches, dumbbells and body bars.
06/16/2008 11:30am - 12:30pm Enjoy an outdoor activity inside! Beginners and advanced participants can benefit in the same class. Burn up to 500 calories in just 40 minutes! New students should arrive early for proper bike set-up and instruction.
06/16/2008 12:15pm - 1:00pm Learn mixed-intensity kick and punch combinations peppered with jump ropes, drill-work, and abs, and heavy bags, depending on center.
