01/14/2009 5:30pm - 6:15pm The advanced choreography of this class will have you stepping all around your bench to great music! You will have so much fun you will forget that you are getting a workout!

A total cardio workout! Have fun with all the equipment in the closet and a variety of drills (sports, agility, running, jumping, mixed-impact) to get your heart and lungs stronger and healthier. Oh, and can you say, "calorie burn?"
