01/15/2009 7:15am - 7:30am Give yourself a few minutes to stretch. A wonderful way to relax your mind and body.
01/15/2009 9:15am - 10:00am YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
01/15/2009 10:00am - 10:45am Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seating and/or standing support.

This workout is for all who love or want to love step! Enjoy mixed-impact choreography, broken down in a learnable format.

01/15/2009 12:15pm - 1:00pm Walk taller! Feel longer, leaner and stronger! Grab a mat and practice basic pilates exercises based on on the methods of J.H. Pilate. Designed to promote core postural strength, as well as flexibility. No equipment is used in this class.
01/15/2009 5:30pm - 6:30pm A lot of kicks and punches, a little funky flare! Catch the rage of this power-packed class.

Low impact activity provides mid to high cardio training utilizing water resistance for a total body workout. Our basic version is a shorter and less intense workout with the same focus.
