01/30/2009 7:00am - 8:00am Practice basic yoga postures and relaxation techniques to improve flexibility, balance, and increase strength.
01/30/2009 9:30am - 10:45am The advanced choreography of this class will have you stepping all around your bench to great music! You will have so much fun you will forget that you are getting a workout!
01/30/2009 10:00am - 10:45am Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety! This class offers lots of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers kickboard is used to develop strength, balance, and coordination.
01/30/2009 11:15am - 12:00pm Gentle yoga with a focus on healing. Students may be assisted by a chair or other props depending on center.

Basic body muscular conditioning using resistance balls, rubber resistance, benches, dumbbells, and body bars.

A 15 minute class designed to whittle your middle. Increase strength and definition in the abs, back, and glutes, otherwise known as your CORE.
