Thanks to our generous donors, our annual We Build People Campaign raises more than $5 million to fund our Open Doors program. Through the Income-based Rate Scale, we are able to make the YMCA accessible to all.
Income-based Rate Scale
Household incomes below $65,000 may be eligible to take part in this
program. Through IBRS, we have designed a scale to fit each
individual's financial situation. A pre-determined monthly rate has
been established in a sliding scale format for income levels $65,000
and below.
How to apply:
- Bring a copy of your most recent tax return to the Y.
- Let our staff know that you'd like to discuss membership through Open Doors.
- A membership representative will meet with you one-on-one to discuss your options.
- Based on the information that you provide, he or she will assist you to determine your income-based rate.
- You will complete the simple membership application form and be on your way to being a member of the YMCA of Middle Tennessee.
