New Class Schedule
We have added some exciting new classes to our group fitness schedule! Be sure to check it out online, or pick up a hard copy at the Welcome Center. We're here to help you break through the plateaus and get you ready for Spring!
Try Cross-Functional Cardio: A mixture of sport-specific training, endurance training and high intensity work. It's a killer cardio workout, and builds strength, as well.
Check out BODYPUMP: A barbell class that burns up to 600 calories! Infectious music and rockstar instructors push you to achieve what you never thought possible.
For a lower intensity workout, attend a Nia class. Nia is a flowing combination of pilates and Tai-Chi movements. This low-impact aerobic workout will have you dancing off the pounds!
