Cardio activity is combined with Core (trunk & spine) balance & Free Motion 3-dimensional Tower strength training. Focus is on the functional/real world challenges of active lifestyles & injury prevention; Under the supervision of Certified Personal Trainers. Most of class time is spent outdoors with occasional short portion of the class being held in CTC building. There will be a one-mile timed run or walk test at the beginning and end of each month.
