06/19/2008 6:00am - 7:05am 06/19/2008 6:15am 06/19/2008 6:45am - 7:45am Non-impact cross-training workout. Good for beginners and open to all fitness levels.
06/19/2008 8:15am - 9:15am A fast paced workout alternating aerobic segments using a step platform, weights, bands, medicine balls and tubing.
06/19/2008 8:15am - 9:20am 06/19/2008 9:00am - 10:00am For the adult fitness swimmer, stroke techniques and circuit training.
06/19/2008 9:30am - 10:30am This class builds strength, balance, power and it is a cardio interval workout.
06/19/2008 9:30am - 10:45am 06/19/2008 10:30am - 11:10am 30-40 minute stretching focusing on the lower body. Great flexibility training for runners, cyclists and everyone.
06/19/2008 12:15pm - 1:15pm 06/19/2008 4:15pm - 5:15pm High energy, non-stop step class. Open to all levels who want to have fun and sweat.
06/19/2008 4:30pm - 5:30pm This high intensity, results oriented class, consists of cardio drills which include running on the track, grass and/or up and down stairs, skipping on various surfaces and jumping rope. Combined with Core (trunk and spine) balance and strength training, the class promotes fat loss and builds greater endurance, while increasing functional movement and flexibility. Focus is on the challenges of an active lifestyle and injury prevention. Most of class time is spent outdoors with occasional portion of class held inside. All classed taught by Certified Personal Trainers. There will be a one-mile timed run or walk test at the beginning and end of each month.
06/19/2008 5:30pm - 6:30pm Full-body workout using weights, tubing, medicine ball and stability ball to increase muscle strength and endurance.
06/19/2008 5:30pm - 6:30pm A 60 minute sculpting class based on yoga poses to improved muscular strength and muscular endurance. Open to all levels.
06/19/2008 5:45pm - 6:35pm Stationary cycling classes are approximately 45-50 minutes unless
otherwise noted. Arrive early for set up and bring a water bottle.
06/19/2008 6:30pm - 7:15pm Challenging activity includes step, athletic drills, hi/low and body sculpting. No two classes are alike!
06/19/2008 7:00pm - 8:00pm 06/19/2008 7:15pm - 7:30pm Stretching focusing on the lower body. Great flexibility training for runners, cyclists and everyone.

The race, set for September 20th, will begin and end at the Green Hills YMCA with all proceeds benefitting our We Build People fund, which helps keep the Y available for all.
