09/07/2008 1:15pm - 2:05pm Stationary cycling classes are approximately 45-50 minutes unless otherwise noted. Arrive early for set up and bring a water bottle.
09/07/2008 2:00pm - 3:15pm Intense body sculpt workout focusing on the lower body and with core training.
09/07/2008 3:00pm - 4:00pm A 60 minute sculpting class based on yoga poses to improved muscular strength and endurance. Open to all levels.
09/07/2008 4:45pm - 6:15pm One or more years of yoga practice required before taking this class. Speak to the instructor prior to participating in these classes.
