09/08/2008 5:00am - 6:00am This high intensity, results oriented class, consists of cardio drills which include running on the track, grass and/or up and down stairs, skipping on various surfaces and jumping rope. Combined with Core (trunk and spine) balance and strength training, the class promotes fat loss and builds greater endurance, while increasing functional movement and flexibility. Focus is on the challenges of an active lifestyle and injury prevention. Most of class time is spent outdoors with occasional portion of class held inside. All classed taught by Certified Personal Trainers. There will be a one-mile timed run or walk test at the beginning and end of each month.

09/08/2008 8:15am A variety of cardio dance styles that keep you moving including Zumba, Salsa and more.
09/08/2008 8:30am - 9:20am Stationary cycling classes are approximately 45-50 minutes unless otherwise noted. Arrive early for set up and bring a water bottle.
09/08/2008 9:00am - 9:30am Exercises focus on developing more core strength including targeted work for abdominal and back strength.
09/08/2008 9:00am - 10:00am Designed for seniors, beginning exercisers or those recovering from injury or surgery.
09/08/2008 9:15am - 10:15am Pilates and Yoga (Vinyasa Flow style of yoga) combination. Flexbility, strength, balance and core training.
