04/22/2008 5:30am - 7:00am Challenging activity includes step, athletic drills, hi/low and body sculpting. No two classes are alike!
04/22/2008 6:00am - 7:05am 04/22/2008 6:15am 04/22/2008 6:30am 04/22/2008 8:15am - 9:15am A fast paced workout alternating aerobic segments using a step platform, weights, bands, medicine balls and tubing.
04/22/2008 8:15am - 9:20am 04/22/2008 8:30am - 9:30am Stationary cycling classes are approximately 45-50 minutes unless otherwise noted. Arrive early for set up and bring a water bottle.
04/22/2008 9:00am - 10:00am For the adult fitness swimmer, stroke techniques and circuit training.
04/22/2008 9:30am - 10:30am 04/22/2008 9:30am - 10:35am 04/22/2008 10:00am - 11:00am 04/22/2008 10:15am - 11:30am This high intensity results oriented class consists of drills which
include running on the track, the grass, and/or up and down stairs,
skipping on various surfaces, and jumping rope. Cardio activity is
combined with Core (trunk & spine) balance & Free Motion
3-dimensional Tower strength training. Focus is on the functional/real
world challenges of active lifestyles & injury prevention; Under
the supervision of Certified Personal Trainers. Most of class time is
spent outdoors with occasional short portion of the class being held in
CTC building. There will be a one-mile timed run or walk test at the
beginning and end of each month.
04/22/2008 10:30am - 11:10am 30-40 minute stretching focusing on the lower body. Great flexibility training for runners, cyclists and everyone.
04/22/2008 11:15am - 12:15pm This is a Vinyasa flowing yoga style class to enhance muscular strength, joint stability, balance and flexibility while moving with the breath.
04/22/2008 12:15pm - 1:15pm 04/22/2008 4:15pm - 5:00pm A cardio kickboxing, boxing, athletic drills and martial arts drills class format. Great total body workout - power, strength and core.

04/22/2008 4:30pm - 5:45pm 04/22/2008 5:30pm - 6:30pm Full-body workout using weights, tubing, medicine ball and stability ball to increase muscle strength and endurance.
04/22/2008 5:30pm - 6:30pm Interval training challenges participants through timed bouts of moderate and intense exercise.
04/22/2008 5:45pm - 6:35pm Stationary cycling classes are approximately 45-50 minutes unless otherwise noted. Arrive early for set up and bring a water bottle.
04/22/2008 6:00pm - 7:15pm The Vinyasa style of yoga links postures together in a flowing format moving with the breath. Open to all levels.
