High Intensity class improves Core strength, Lose Fat, build greater endurance, increase Functional movement and flexibility, become one step closer to a pain free life, finish your first 5k by Memorial Day, while gaining new friendships and a support system of piers and coaches.

Have fun and compete against yourself and others while pushing physically and mentally, to set new personal marks. Classes are vigorous and include some of the same drills and activities as above Boot Camp with the addition of once monthly sport activities like kickball, Frisbee football, and more. Exceptions include class size limitation to 12 participants and no refunds given after sign up. There is a one-mile run test at the beginning of each week. Cost is $130 per month, no single classes sold. This intensive class will increase core strength, balance, speed and endurance.

This high intensity results oriented class consists of drills which include running on the track, the grass, and/or up and down stairs, skipping on various surfaces, and jumping rope. Cardio activity is combined with Core (trunk & spine) balance & Free Motion 3-dimensional Tower strength training. Focus is on the functional/real world challenges of active lifestyles & injury prevention; Under the supervision of Certified Personal Trainers. Most of class time is spent outdoors with occasional short portion of the class being held in CTC building. There will be a one-mile timed run or walk test at the beginning and end of each month.
