05/21/2008 6:00am - 7:00am Full-body workout using weights, tubing, medicine ball and stability ball to increase muscle strength and endurance.
05/21/2008 6:45am - 7:45am Varied format using music, choreography, intervals, circuit training and resistance equipment.

05/21/2008 8:15am - 9:15am One or more years of yoga practice required before taking this class. Speak to the instructor prior to participating in these classes.
