For safety reasons, you will not be allowed to join a mat class already in progress once the class has completed the “series of five” exercise sequence. YOU MAY NOT BEGIN PILATES WHILE PREGNANT. 01/13/2009 6:15am 01/13/2009 6:30am 01/13/2009 8:15am - 9:15am A fast paced workout alternating aerobic segments using a step platform, weights, bands, medicine balls and tubing.
01/13/2009 8:15am - 9:20am 01/13/2009 8:15am - 9:30am This high intensity, results oriented class, consists of cardio drills which include running on the track, grass and/or up and down stairs, skipping on various surfaces and jumping rope. Combined with Core (trunk and spine) balance and strength training, the class promotes fat loss and builds greater endurance, while increasing functional movement and flexibility. Focus is on the challenges of an active lifestyle and injury prevention. Most of class time is spent outdoors with occasional portion of class held inside. All classed taught by Certified Personal Trainers. There will be a one-mile timed run or walk test at the beginning and end of each month.
01/13/2009 8:30am - 9:30am Stationary cycling classes are approximately 45-50 minutes unless otherwise noted. Arrive early for set up and bring a water bottle.

01/13/2009 12:15pm - 1:15pm 01/13/2009 4:15pm - 5:00pm A cardio kickboxing, boxing, athletic drills and martial arts drills class format. Great total body workout - power, strength and core.
