  • All first time Pilates students must take two introductory classes before taking beginner classes.
  • Please check with an instructor before attending an intermediate or advanced class.
  • Classes are currently offered on a first come, first served basis. To sign up for classes stop by the Pilates room to add your name to the class list.
  • Please sign up quietly if a class is in progress when you stop by.
All Tower Mat classes, private sessions and duets require cancellation 24 hours in advance or you will be charged. You may come to the Pilates room and erase your name from the sign up sheet, or call the cancellation line at (615) 586-0101 to let us know the date and time of the class you are canceling.

For safety reasons, you will not be allowed to join a mat class already in progress once the class has completed the “series of five” exercise sequence.

A fast paced workout alternating aerobic segments using a step platform, weights, bands, medicine balls and tubing.

This high intensity, results oriented class, consists of cardio drills which include running on the track, grass and/or up and down stairs, skipping on various surfaces and jumping rope. Combined with Core (trunk and spine) balance and strength training, the class promotes fat loss and builds greater endurance, while increasing functional movement and flexibility. Focus is on the challenges of an active lifestyle and injury prevention. Most of class time is spent outdoors with occasional portion of class held inside. All classed taught by Certified Personal Trainers. There will be a one-mile timed run or walk test at the beginning and end of each month.

Stationary cycling classes are approximately 45-50 minutes unless otherwise noted. Arrive early for set up and bring a water bottle.
