Memberships for Active Older Adults

As we age, it is increasingly important to stay active and exercise regularly. At the Y, older adults can take advantage of membership options and exercise programs designed for them while benefiting from social events ranging from potlucks to group outings and community service opportunities.

How to Qualify

  • Must be 65 or older
  • Insurer offers Silver&Fit
  • Insurer offers Renew Active (by UnitedHealthcare)

Silver&Fit Program

The YMCA is proud to be a Silver&Fit participating fitness facility. Silver&Fit is designed specifically to help older adults achieve better health through regular exercise and health education. Silver&Fit provides eligible members with no-cost or low-cost fitness memberships through arrangements with certain health plans.
