Journey to Healthy Living
Journey to Healthy Living presents participants with a new way of thinking about a fundamental building block of life. By combining small group discussion with a variety of entry-level work-outs, this 8- week group provides accountability and support for individuals looking to start or re-start a balanced, healthy lifestyle initiative. In this group, participants:
- Address food and body image issues and their origins
- Answer tough questions about how body image is connected to mental, emotional, and spiritual health
- Work through challenges such as overeating, emotional eating, obsessive exercising and dieting, and other destructive habits
- Experience accountability and support from others struggling to live healthy lives
Join this group and take healthy steps toward finding a balance between spirit, mind and body.
