CHAOSChaos training is the latest training in the Maddox Y's ingenuity to get you in shape! From the conception of Caley Williams, group fitness guru, and Amanda Tungett, personal and group trainer extraordinaire, this training combines biking, running, plyometrics, swimming, weight lifting, and education! The monthly schedule provides in detail what will happen each day of training so you are never surprised!
Classes are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6-7am!

Moms-to-Be
Moms-to-Be Prenatal Fitness program is a specialty program designed to help mothers-to-be exercise and be educated on how to exercise properly during pregnancy. Participants not only get a great, safe workout but are also educated on proper technique. Part of the class is on land while other times will be in the water. Program lead by Nationaly Certified Personal Trainer.
Days and Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm
Cost: $50 per month
