Come and let Jim take you through a routine that is sure to open your body and relax your mind! All postures done using the chair.

Come and pose, stretch, breathe, flex, and relax with some of the best instructors in the city! Traditional and Hatha (asana) yoga most frequently done, with the occasional variation.
