the flow! Both classes incorporate traditional yoga postures with
gentle fluid movements to revive and awaken the body! Vinyasa
incorporates breath-enhanced movement.

7/18. Rain or shine…hot or cold! This is due to the Thoroughbred swim team using
the indoor pool.

between beginner and advanced! Come and pose, stretch, breathe, flex,
and relax with some of the best instructors in the city! Traditional
and Hatha (asana) yoga most frequently done, with the occasional
variation.

05/12/2008 9:45am - 10:45am A great place to start if you have trouble getting up and down off the floor, poor balance, or just need a way to deepen your seated spinal twist! Come and let Jim take you through a routine that is sure to open your body and relax your mind! All postures done using the chair.

elongate the spine, and deepen the breathing. Done properly, Mr.
Pilates used to say : “10 classes… FEEL the difference, 20 classes…SEE
the difference, 30 classes, WHOLE NEW BODY! Sounds like good news to
me! Intermediate Pilates adds another dimension, incorporating more
moves to deepen core strength. Definitely not for beginners! On the
other hand, “Beginner Friendly” Pilates on Saturday is totally suitable
for beginners!
