Developed by Joseph Pilates, designed to strengthen the core muscles, elongate the spine, and deepen the breathing. Done properly, Mr. Pilates used to say : “10 classes… FEEL the difference, 20 classes… SEE the difference, 30 classes, WHOLE NEW BODY! Sounds like good news to me! Intermediate Pilates adds another dimension, incorporating more moves to deepen core strength. Definitely not for beginners! On the other hand, “Beginner Friendly” Pilates on Saturday is totally suitable for beginners!
