 ThisBasic H2O Circuit - a well-rounded and fun water workout that includes cardio-vascular conditioning and basic muscular strengthening using various equipment and water resistance. This "basic" version is less intense than 8:15 or 8:30 classes.

This hour long class combines the cardio element of indoor cycilng for 30 minutes plus the strength building of a sculpt class. You will use steps, tubes, weights, and your own body's resistance in the 2nd half of this class!

*Meet in the cycling studio, after the cycling 30 min, Stephanie will take you to the downstairs aerobics studio for sculpt.

This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and FAST!

 These classes are *Free* but you must call the Y at 373-2900 to sign up. Class size limited to 35.

Fusion classes: Enjoy 2 or more of your favorite formats together in the same hour or more. (the formats vary by center) It's a great way to sample a lot of classes in a little time!

This class combines step with sculpt at the end.

The BOSU is a blue rubber dome, flat on one side, that is used in various ways for stability, cardio, and strength training. BOSU means 'Both sides Utilized'.
