Pilates reformer classes are designed to stretch and strengthen the entire body, with emphasis on the core. The machine adds an element of control and precision. Using springs and pulleys, you will lose weight, tone your abs, gain a stronger back, and improve your posture. 1 Intro session required before signing up for regular classes.
