Put Your Old Yarn & Needles to Good Use!
Do you have yarn and needles that are laying around your house or that were passed down to you that you don't use? Bring them to the Maryland Farms YMCA now through April 30. All donations will be used for our Knitting Social. Everyone is Welcome! We meet every Thursday at 9:30am for beginners and 10am for projects. We will knit for our After Breast Cancer Program, Help for Haiti and Infant Hats for Hospitals.

Maryland Farms YMCA Zumbathon Thurs., March 25 from 6 to 8:30pm at Christ Church on Old Hickory Blvd. Tickets are $10 per person and ALL proceeds will benefits the 2010 We Build People Fund! The staff at YMCA Camp Widjiwagan would love the opportunity to meet you and your camper(s) at a Family Fun Day this spring. These days are a great way to get acquainted with Camp Widjiwagan's directors and staff, ask questions and take a tour of our beautiful camp facilities. Many of the most popular camp activities will be open for you and your family to enjoy. Some of the activities offered will be climbing the 50' Alpine Tower, archery, Giant Swing, and many more!

The
YMCA Foundation of Middle Tennessee Wealth Management Series is designed to generate interest in estate planning by helping attendees to better understand various gift-planning vehicles. Through careful planning, monies that would normally go to the IRS can be redirected to provide future security for loved ones and funding for a giver's preferred charities.
This year we will be branching out to various centers to generate interest. Three seminars in March will address converting IRAs to ROTH IRAs.
