Don't forget to sign up for the Mule Kick 5K -- 10 years in the making! The race is on April 3, NOT on Mule Day. $20 entry fee, $27 race day fee. Register at the YMCA or on active.com. Training class available at the YMCA. Contact the Welcome Center for details.

Kettlebell Classes

Sign-up for our new Kettlebell classes. Drew Massey will instruct proper Kettlebell technique in order to build strength and conditioning. Classes offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30pm and Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30pm.
