05/21/2008 6:00am - 7:00am Volunteer-led senior low impact class combining cardiovasucular conditioning with muscle conditioning and stretching for a fun, balanced workout.
05/21/2008 8:00am - 8:30am 05/21/2008 8:15am - 9:15am Transistional Warm Water Exercise, Level 2 (TWWE II) - This class is designed for anyone who has advanced past the TWWE I class. The class is slightly more intense than TWWE I and has a low-intensity cardiovascular component. This transistional class is for graduates of the TWEE I, but who are not ready to mainstream back into a traditional class.
05/21/2008 8:35am - 9:35am 05/21/2008 9:00am - 10:00am This class is a 60-minute class, which provides mid to high cardiovascular training along with muscular endurance. The intensity is equal to land aerobics, but with little impact on the joints. Great cross-training for ANY fitness level!
