Corporate America On the Move Week

Corporate America On the Move Week is aimed at motivating employees to take small steps towards a healthier lifestyle. As part of that initiative, YMCA of Middle Tennessee centers are deepening their commitment to community-wide efforts to promote healthy living and intensify collaboration with community partners to support employees seeking healthier lifestyles.

Project 412
Project 412 is the YMCA’s Leadership After School Program for ages 11-14. Participants will volunteer at the YMCA and in the community while learning the importance of citizenship, leadership, and volunteerism. Field trips, specialized learning sessions, and Bible studies will also be offered.
