An intense FAT-BLASTING workout to keep the holiday pounds off! Not for the faint or weak of heart! You can choose your plan: 4, 8 OR 12 Sessions; Weekday and weekend option.

M/T/W/TH classes are at 5:30am
Saturday classes are at 7am
