HIIT — Brentwood YMCA
The Y’s High-Intensity-Training class designed by nationally-certified YMCA Personal Trainers, builds strength and cardiovascular endurance while increasing your ability to burn calories and fat. Our trainers use a wide range of exercises and equipment, such as free weights, kettle-bells and suspension trainers, indoors and outside, to deliver a full-body workout every time. HIT’s dynamic, intense classes combine the peer-motivation of small group exercise with the intensity and accountability of personal training to deliver maximum results.

- Tues/Thurs. at 7:45 a.m.
- Monday-Thursday- 5:30 p.m.
