05/13/2008 8:15am - 9:00am Come and join us for this cycling workout where weather, traffic and terrain won’t spoil your ride. Participants must reserve his/her bike at the Welcome Center the day before the class. Let’s roll!

05/13/2008 1:00pm - 2:00pm The Arthritis Aquatic Program is a recreational program for people who suffer from arthritis or who have trouble with pain and stiffness in their joints. The program is certified by the YMCA of the USA and the Arthritis Foundation. Teachers lead participants through a series of specific activities designed to improve joint flexibility and muscle strength. The warm water and gentle movements are also helpful in relieving pain and stiffness.
