05/02/2008 5:30am - 6:15am Come and join us for this cycling workout where weather, traffic and
terrain won’t spoil your ride. Participants must reserve his/her bike
at the Welcome Center the day before the class. Let’s roll!
05/02/2008 8:30am - 9:15am This class is full of fun and challenging choreography for the step lover in you! Each participant will utilize 2 benches for the cardio segment.
05/02/2008 8:30am - 9:15am Come experience this instructor-led, group treadmill
class in the Wellness Center! Reserve your treadmill the day before class. (Limit 5) 05/02/2008 8:30am - 9:30am Power up for this Cycling class that incorporates 15 minutes of Pilates core work after the ride.
05/02/2008 8:30am - 9:30am 05/02/2008 9:15am - 10:00am Get pumped up! This class format is designed to challenge your
strength, stability, and stamina. Sculpt your way through a variety of
power packed exercises utilizing free weights, bands, tubes, stability
balls, or the body bar.
05/02/2008 10:30am - 11:30am Join us for this fun filled class that will improve your overall health
and build functional strength for your everyday activities! Enjoy 20
minutes each of cardio, strength, and stretch.
05/02/2008 1:00pm - 2:00pm The Arthritis Aquatic Program is a recreational program for people who
suffer from arthritis or who have trouble with pain and stiffness in
their joints. The program is certified by the YMCA of the USA and the
Arthritis Foundation. Teachers lead participants through a series of
specific activities designed to improve joint flexibility and muscle
strength. The warm water and gentle movements are also helpful in
relieving pain and stiffness.
05/02/2008 5:00pm - 6:00pm These classes are for beginners and serve as an orientation to group fitness. The cardio class incorporates all styles of the basic cardio class.
05/02/2008 5:30pm - 6:30pm Combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and
combinations that allow the participant to dance away their worries. It
is based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN and EASY TO
DO!” Zumba is a feel good workout that is great for both the body and
the mind.
