Come and join us for this cycling workout where weather, traffic and terrain won’t spoil your ride. Participants must reserve his/her bike at the Welcome Center the day before the class. Let’s roll!

Get pumped up! This class format is designed to challenge your strength, stability, and stamina. Sculpt your way through a variety of power packed exercises utilizing free weights, bands, tubes, stability balls, or the body bar.

Join us for this fun filled class that will improve your overall health and build functional strength for your everyday activities! Enjoy 20 minutes each of cardio, strength, and stretch.

The Arthritis Aquatic Program is a recreational program for people who suffer from arthritis or who have trouble with pain and stiffness in their joints. The program is certified by the YMCA of the USA and the Arthritis Foundation. Teachers lead participants through a series of specific activities designed to improve joint flexibility and muscle strength. The warm water and gentle movements are also helpful in relieving pain and stiffness.

These classes are for beginners and serve as an orientation to group fitness. The cardio class incorporates all styles of the basic cardio class.

Combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the participant to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN and EASY TO DO!” Zumba is a feel good workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
