BODYPUMP™

  • Fitness is a battle ... Welcome to the frontline!

    BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class, designed to build long, lean muscles and melt fat faster than you thought possible! It is set to inspiring music and taught by rockstar instructors. This full-body workout will challenge you in spirit, mind and body.

    The class to launch track 3 will be on Saturday, April 17, 2010. Class times to be announced. We will have certified instructors on-hand to answer questions and help you become acquainted with the format of the class.
